How we handle your data

This page is maintained by FDE Agency to answer common security and privacy questions about this website and our engagements. It describes current practices and is not an independent certification or audit.

Scope

This page covers forwarddeployedengineers.agency and the contact / scoping forms it exposes. Security and data handling inside client engagements are governed by the contract and statement of work signed with each client.

Data we collect on this site

When you submit the contact or scoping form, we store the name, email, optional company, and message you provide so we can reply. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for marketing.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Standard server logs (request metadata) may be retained by our hosting provider for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.

Access control

Lead submissions are written to a private database and are only readable by accounts with an explicit admin role. Row-level security is enabled on the underlying tables, and admin reads go through a server-side role check on every request.

The admin dashboard requires email + password sign-in and is not indexed by search engines.

Transport & storage

All traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and admin data are stored with our managed backend provider; secrets and service credentials are kept server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

Retention & deletion

We keep lead submissions for as long as is useful to continue the conversation with you. If you would like us to delete a submission or confirm what we have on file, email the address in the footer of the site and we will action it.

Shared responsibility

This site is built on Lovable and a managed backend platform. Those platforms provide infrastructure-level controls (hosting, database isolation, key management). FDE Agency is responsible for the application code, access policies, and how your data is used.
